Machine / Production Operative Temp to Perm

Eco Personnel are currently recruiting for Machine / production operator for our client based in Morton ( Alfreton).
As a Machine/Production Operator, you will be a vital part of manufacturing team, utilizing your core mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production equipment efficiently.
Operator will be required to work with different types of specialist machinery to produce a variety of products with quality being at the heart of the process.
The positions require a degree of lifting and manual handling, applicants are therefore required to be physically fit and have some knowledge of manual handling and lifting techniques.

Rotation Shift work: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm / 10am-6pm
Pay rate £12.50p/h plus weekly bonus
Weekly Bonus:
0-2 weeks = Nil
3-4 weeks = £25 per week
5-6 weeks = £40 per week
7-10 weeks = £50 per week
11-14 weeks = £75 per week
15 weeks onwards = £100 per week.
